Copenhagen 19/1 2021. 44 cl can from Mikkeller web-shop. Drawing of some flying Rams hovering over a palm tree and the silhouette of a shepherd and his dog standing beneath.
Pours unclear almost luminescent yellow with a small white head. Disappears almost immediately leaving what looks like multi-fruit juice behind. No lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet, fruity odor mingling with sharp citric sour fumes. Mango and passion fruit. Sour unripe berries, green apples and citrus concentrate. Acerbic.
Light carbonation. Thin, watery, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a light sweetness followed by a stronger sourness. Aftertaste is sour and lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Potent sour brew with a light sweetness for redemption.
