Copenhagen 9/1 2021. 44 cl can from Mikkeller web-shop. Drawing of a Ram about to eat a huge peach with a knife and a fork on the can.
Pours opaque, hazy, pale yellow with a big but bubbly white head. Settles as thin, patchy layer of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a light fruity sweet odor mingling with a sharper citric sourness. Sweet peach and orange. Sour sharp citrus.
Light carbonation. Thin, watery, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a light sweetness followed by a stronger sourness. Aftertaste is searing sour. Lingers for a while. Finish is bone-dry.
Very much on the sour side with only a subtle flavoring to soften the message.
