Copenhagen 14/10 2023. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Fre. F. White can with watercolor of a very purple Chameleon sitting on a branch.
Pours clear yellow with big fluffy white head. Stable. Settles thin, almost transparent layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet fruity odor mingling with a more distinct citric scent. Sweet peach and Passion fruit. Grapefruit and citrus . Resin and pine.
Light carbonation. Thin, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is lightly bitter with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
Decent if somehow middle of the road.
