Copenhagen 13/4 2023. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Watercolor of a Chameleon resting on a branch on the can.
Pours unclear yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as thin, flimsy, almost transparent layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a sweet odor of stone fruit mingling with sour citrus. Peach and apricot. Citrus with a touch of unripe gooseberries.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, tingling texture.
Flavor is moderately intense with a light sweetness followed by a medium strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sourish touch. Lingers for a bit. Finish is dry and citric.
A little timid but entirely pleasant Session IPA.
