Copenhagen 24/3 2023. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. White can in Slowburns usual design. This time with a Deer as poster animal.
Pours unclear - almost opaque - yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as thin, flimsy, almost transparent layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with distinct citric notes. Pale malts, bread and a bit of peach. Sulphur. Grapefruit and lemon.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Nice, dry and a bit flat.
