Copenhagen 14/3 2023. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. The usual Chameleon on the can in blue with purple background.
Pours slightly unclear with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as thin, flimsy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of peach, passion fruit and strawberries mingling with sour sharp citrus fruit. Grapefruit and lemon. Floral notes an a hint of sulphur.
Low carbonation. Thin, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a light sweetness followed by a strong sour bitterness. Aftertaste is tart and bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry
Sharp and tart Single Hop IPA.
