Copenhagen 3/12 2022. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups allé, Frb. F. White can in Slowburn's usual design with a happy family dog as poster animal. A bit over the "Best before date" (November 2022)-
Pours unclear, pale yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as 0,5 cm thick, frothy layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a sweet, scent of stone fruit mingling with a delicate odor of citrus fruit. Peach and pineapple, Lime and citrus.
Light carbonation. Thin, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a bit. Finish is dry.
Fine and pretty straightforward Session Indian Pale Ale.
