A classic Belgian wit brewed with barley, spelt and wheat malt. Coriander seeds and orange peel was added to the boil for a lovely fruity and spicy aroma.

Copenhagen 10/1 2022. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. White can in Slowburn’s usual design with some kind of Jellyfish as poster animal.
Pours unclear pale yellow with a small, bubbly white head. Disappears after a few seconds leaving what looks like a glass of pale Fanta behind. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet fruity odor mingling with light tart notes. Sweet oranges, lemon and citrus. Subdued spicy notes of coriander and pepper. Hints of banana.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, oily, tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a fairly strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong sourness. Aftertaste is sweetish. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
Pretty straight forward Wit bier with a lot of fruity sweetness but pretty light on the spices.
