Copenhagen 22/2 2022. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. White can in Slowburn's usual design with a Flamingo as poster animal.
Pours unclear golden amber with a big white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as thin, flimsy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of tropical fruit mingling with sourish citric fumes. Dry vibe. Sweet peach and pineapple. Grapefruit and lemon. Hints of pine trees.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a fairly strong sweetness followed and balanced by a strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Potent and sweet - but does not forget to be bitter as well.
