Frederiksberg 8/12 2021. 40 cl from tap at Tap 21, H.C Ørstedsvej, Frb. C.
Pours opaque dark brown with a mid-sized beige head. Stable. Settles as 0,3 cm thick layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a pastry-like sweet dark odor mingling with milk chocolate. Chocolate cake, mousse, cocoa, brown sugar. Pleasant and a bit harmless.
Medium strong carbonation. Medium thick, oily, slightly viscous, soft, tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a notable sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Pleasant and not too pastry-like but carbonated with excessive fervor.
