King Sequoia is our tribute to the legendary Double IPA's of the Pacific West Coast. It is dry, bitter, dank and citrusy. It has a malt complexity to support the bitterness and the dryness, and it is dry-hopped generous with Simcoe, Centennial & Columbus.

Copenhagem 13/4 2024. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Slowburn's usual design with a tree in a frog perspective as motif.
Pours unclear golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as uneven lumpy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, slightly fermented fruity odor mingling with a more subdued citric scent. Mango and pineapple. Grapefruit and pine.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and citric. Light sweet undertone. Lingering. Finish is semi-dry.
More than decent, light DIPA.
