Copenhagen 22/11 2020. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Slowburn's usual design with a white can this time with a painting of yellow flowers on purple background.
Pours slightly unclear, pale yellow with a mid--sized white head. Fairly stable. Settles as thin, flimsy lyer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Crawling up the side of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet fruity odor mingling with light citric fumes. Peach and red apples. Citrus, tart berries and grass.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a bitter undercurrent. Finish is semi-dry.
A bit sweetish Pilsener which could use a bitter edge.
