Copenhagen 16/11 2020. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Slowburn's usual design with a white can with a very colorful watercolor paining of a bird.
Pours hazy, opaque, golden yellow with a small white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as 0,3 cm thick layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet fruity, exotic odor mingling with light citric notes. Peach and papaya. Citrus and grape fruit. Hints of pine.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly more moderate citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a light, sweet undercurrent. Finish is semi-dry.
Refreshing and pretty light NEIPA going out of its way to be moderate and pleasant.
