Every Christmas we brew a new IPA and name it after one of Santa's reindeer.
This year Cupid stumbles out of the stable!
Cupid is a West Coast IPA with with the citrusy and bitter notes of grapefruit rind, resinous notes of spruce tips, balanced out by subtle earthy notes, all coming from the dry-hop of Chinook, Simcoe and Idaho Gem.
Cupid has a medium body with a light malty character. It's a perfect match to your Christmas dinner as well as a great pint of hoppy beer for any time of the year!

Copenhagen 29/1 2026. White can in Slowburm's usual design with what I suppose is a reindeer which look a bit like a cow to me.
Pours unclear amber with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles s a thin but unbroken layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a light sweet odor of ripe stone fruits mingling with a distinct, prominent scent of citrus fruit. Peach and apricot. Citrus and lime. Tart.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and a bit tart. Lingers for a while, Finish is dry and a little sour.
A tart little reindeer - which looks a bit like a cow.
