Brewed in collaboration with To Øl

The Fox is a beautifully red coloured brew with a bold malt bill providing notes of toffee, bread crust and biscuits. With a nod to the historic Irish style, there is a taste of tried and tested tradition as well as some subtle fruity notes from the more modern American hops.

Copenhagen 3/2 2026. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé. Frb. F. White can in Slowburn's usual design this tine with a fox as poster animal (naturally).

Pours clear amber with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as paper thin layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.

Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, slightly toasted malty odor mingling with a citric scent. Sweet biscuits and toasted bread. Lemon and lime.

Medium strong carbonation. Thin, oily, soft, lively and tingling texture.

Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.

Decent if not Foxy Irish Red Ale.
