Red Hot Moon is a "Kentucky Common" brewed with a huge amount of toasted rice and a touch of raw sugar. This beer is a uniquely pre-prohibition style very similar to a steam beer or a cream ale. Red Hot Moon presents crisp and dry with a slight malty/rice sweetness.
