This was the first beer that I ever had from Sun Lab as I picked it up a few weeks back at The Bottle King in Livingston. Seemed like an easygoing beer and that's exactly what it was without any weakness in the body or syrup on the palate although this could have been a bit more lively and carbonated!
Interesting pour to this as this had a strawberry hue to it with plenty of loud head that didn't take long to dissipate. Very little lacing stayed behind as the suds pretty much fell with the liquid. A bit of dark sediment settled to the bottom. Lots of strawberry, cream, lactose, and coconut in the nose as the lychee and sourness softly emerged in the taste as this fully warmed up. Not terribly sticky, mildly sweet, and needing a few more bubbles, this was fun, bright, and easy to drink while feeling like juice, just as much as a beer.
There was some booze here but I never felt it as I could have easily enjoyed another after finishing this off. Dated 6/4 on the bottom of the can, this wasn't new but it was sufficient to review on here as this more sugary and less full of puree, zest, or fruit patch. Between the label and feel of this beer, this was pure Florida and had me interested to give more from Sun Lab a go - if for no other reason, than to hold onto a summer that hasn't fully left this neck of the woods yet this year.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
