I am not very well versed in the world of sour beers, but I’m trying to give them a shot. I still struggle to put them in the beer category but their unique flavors and characteristics are growing on me. And I think, in the realm of sour beers, this one is good. The can says that you should taste cherry, graham cracker, cream cheese, cinnamon and vanilla and I mist say that it certainly is something along those lines that I’m getting on the pallet. It’s tastes good. The graham crack and cream cheese really come through more on the nose than the taste. Taste is heavy cherry/cherry pie. Smooth mouthfeel. Good for a sour.
