This beer has what I would call this lively “zingy” quality. Like sucking on a blue raspberry jolly rancher. You get that very jolly rancher candy characteristic off the nose and on the pallet. Pours a pale opaque golden color. Mild head; less than or equal to a finger width. Although I mentioned “zingy” the mouth feel is pleasant. Overall, not a complex sour ale, but a decent one nonetheless.
