Smell is crisp sour and light horse blanket, earth, aged hops and Pilsner malt.
Taste is more crisp sourness with aged characteristics and notable barrel flavor - horse blanket, white wine, drying bitterness.
Mouthfeel is moderate carbonation, light sweetness and sour finish, some bitterness and quite dry at the end.
