From a 16oz can, undated. Purchased at the brewery 08/29/21. Served in a spiegelau-style IPA glass.
Pours a moderately hazy, dull pear-gold with two fingers of bone-white suds. Retention is fairly decent, leaving a scuzzy, foamy cap and collar and a tattered curtain of bubbly lacing.
Nose is disappointingly faint but I’m pulling out something woody and savory and fruity, like the dry, rindy bits of pineapple, and rosemary, and maybe just a bit of petroleum vapor.
Taste is earthy, dry and tonic-like, with underripe pineapple and peach skins, orange, watermelon, soda cracker and aspirin. There’s a very minor fusel character that wanders in and out of focus but which doesn’t significantly detract from my enjoyment.
Feel is bright and seltzer-like, medium-light bodied with tons of fine, fizzy carbonation. Again, there is a very minor petroleum-slick quality present but, the beer drinks so quick and easy, I hardly have a chance to notice it.
Overall, a decent enough little NEIPA. I’m afraid it got dinged a bit in most every category over the petroleum - fusel? - thing, but that almost seems unfair since it was such a minor flaw and, other than that, it drank so fine.

Classic golden hazy liquid. Mild white foam cap with a medium body.
This one is very fruity, very juicy with a deep complexity from mostly stone fruits and a golden malty grains balance but still remains very light feeling and juicy. Bonus points for making such a complex NE IPA Soo damn drinkable!
Extraordinary mouthfeel with light and juicy, slight earthy hop bite with smooth edges.
Overall. Go with the Floe yo.
