Purchased fresh from the brewery on 3/19/22
Opened and reviewed on: 3/19/22
Looks: 100% Spot-on classic NE hazy. Milky haze of gold color, deep and thick, white creamy foam top. Lots of cover after slow dissipation with tons of lacing.
Nose: Huge! Bulbous and brilliant. Fresh hop aromatics, as if you picked a few fresh hop cones, crushed them up in your hands and took a big 'ol whiff. Lupulin sticky icky, spicy pineapple, earthy citrus and dank earthy tones.
Flavor & Feel: Much like the nose, the hop flavor's are bold and fresh. The freshly picked hop flavor is righteous. Crispy fresh bite with a perfectly smooth and creamy feel that is exactly what you want from this style. Hop flavor's: Earthy citrus, Lupulin powdered pineapple and a fantastic under current of sweet red and tropical juicy fruits. The malt is this creamy golden malted grains with a bit of vanilla sweetness.
Overall: A tremendous IPA experience, bold, complex and lush. I'm in love.
