Purchased fresh from the brewery on 8/18/22
Look: A very light straw gold with a white haze. A thin, white foam cap spreads out fast, minimal coverage for the style with only a little lacing.
Nose: A very freshly picked hop cone aroma, Earthy and spicy hop with an abundance of lightly malted golden grains of the field, wheat and crystal/pils malt style aromatics.
Feel & Flavor: More spicy earthy hop kick flavor's, light fruits, like starfruit kiwi. The earthy golden grains malt flavors pretty much meld right into one another for the balance.
A very light and crisp feel, slightly dry with minimal juiciness and mild fluff.
Overall: A rather light New England style offering, with big earthy tones mostly and the same effect on the malt side. I like earthy and spicy hops and malt just fine, but also like my fruit blast and dry bitterness in there somewhere.
