Purchased fresh at the brewery on 10/6/22. Opened and reviewed on same day.
Thick white haze within the straw gold color. Sticky, fluffy white cap and leftovers.
Aged citrus hops, earthy herbal and tangy wheat malt aroma.
Fresh, sharp and then very smooth, airy thype feel.
Lightly malted golden grains of the field, wheat, spelt, hay ect. Tangy, stone fruity, white grape and parsnips in the finish.
Tangy and saturated style hop complexity is pretty weird and fun.
