This beer is for the Summer nights. It doesn't matter where you are, what you're doing, this beer is balanced for all occasions. A traditional wit brewed with Tettnager, Saaz, coriander seed, lemon and lime peel.

Poured from a brewery canned Stovepipe into a Dogfish Head tulip
L: Cloudy medium golden pour with big foamy white head. Solid retention and decent lacing.
S: Strong coriander and spice. Some yeast/wheat/grains.
T.F: Semi-sweet... lots of wheat and spice. Definite coriander. Lemon/citrus and grains. Medium bodied and well carbonated.
O: A decent Witbier. Easy drinking and on par for the style.
