Clean and dry, refreshing and effervescent with a pleasant bitterness and mildly floral hop aroma. Spuma is a pilsner made from German malts and noble hops. Simplicity at its best.

Poured off a side pull tap at Birreria Volo in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
This one pours a clear golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells crackery and lemony, with spicy and floral hops, and some minerally aromatics.
This is really delicious. It’s crackery, biscuity, lemony, like some lemon zest dribbled over water crackers. There’s fresh cut grass and white pepper, as well.
This has an extremely smooth and full feeling to it overall, especially for the style. It’s still overall light bodied, and refreshing, but creamy, crackery, and spicy, and extremely drinkable.
This ticks off every box that someone would want out of this style.
