Made the quick walk over after the Young Dubliners concert Memorial Day weekend to grab a nightcap and get our stamp for the Eastern Sierra Ale Trail. You can tell it's a distillery first, and a brewery second. To their credit, all their spirits and cocktails looked good. The night we were there they only had 2 or 3 beers on tap, + a cider. Seems like they rotate a small selection, so it's kinda anybody's guess what they might have available at any given moment. Their space seemed to have a good amount of seating options both inside and out, but located in the heart of Mammoth Village I can see it getting busy at times. It was also rather dimly lit, so heads up there. Staff was friendly and we enjoyed our drinks. If we were in town skiing I could see going back, but for beer there are definitely better options around town.

Keeping in mind that this is a distillery first--with a great selection of spirits--they also brew their own beers. I had a 4 beer sampler (I think there were 6 beers available). They were good but not great--except for the stout was very tasty and well made. I didn't eat but they had an appetizing menu. The vibe was what you'd expect from a high-end distillery. They had outside seating which was a very enjoyable spot to indulge in my brews. Worth a stop when in town.
