Poured on-tap and served in a Liberal pint, the beer is a slightly hazed, bright, orange-copper coloring with a frothy, foamy, off-white head. Aromas of roasted caramel and biscuit. Smells tasty. The flavors are tangy sweet, with a buttery and caramel blending. Roasty overtones, with a sweet, rich aftertaste. The finish is smooth and creamy. Heavy flavors make this a sipper despite the light ABV. Tasty.

This is a newly brewed beer by the Liberal Cup, in celebration of the Red Sox winning the world series this year. Dark cola color, it came topped with a one inch thick tan head. I thought there was some diacetyl to start in the aroma (not much, but it was there), followed by some more well-rounded caramelly notes. This beer was very malty, with the same caramel making little appearances in the taste. The carbonation was prominent and a bit prickly. Honestly...it reminded me a bit of HSA's little brother. Not bad.
