A golden-colored, mildly hopped ale that packs a surprising punch. Its legendary smoothness comes from its being prepared and served like our stouts (Nitrogenated not Carbonated).

Pint on draft at the brewpub.
Appearance: Pours a layered, nitrogeny-looking rusty gold with a finger-width creamy, milky head.
Aroma: Kind of light in the nose. Some oats and grass. Inoffensive. Malty, somewhat.
Taste: Really nice beer. Malty, rich, kind of oddly doughy. Great representation of the style.
Mouthfeel: Smooth and easy. Creamy (duh). Has a pleasant heft to it.
Overall: Very nice cream ale. Another gem from this place.

Nice and thick ale, nice, golden hue. Opaque with a 1 inch head that laced the glass nicely.
Smell of hops and a little spice. Some buttery notes.
Good clean taste. Definately pick up on the hops and spice mix right off with the buttery flavor coming in the aftertaste. Makes it a little tougher to drink easily. A little chewy texture to it.
Good overall session brew. Enjoyed it.
