multiple sized bubbles in the white head over a golden body with almost no bubbels visible. head is not stable
aroma is sweet Pilsener malt with a dusting of German noble hops with their typical herbal note
taste is this perfect clean combination of Pilsener malt sweetness with the noble hop bitterness and a little alcohol bit of alcohol, leaning maybe a bit on the malty side as appropriate of an Export. Taste from the water is neither metallic or minerally letting shine only the malt and hops and the perfect technique of the brewers
very fine carbonation refreshes the palate and there is surprisingly plenty of it given the absence of bubbles. Body is appropriately medium. clean
Really good Lager from Chiemsee region
