Copenhagen 11/9 2020. 33 cl bottle from Mikkeller web-shop. Classic German label with some old castles and a little coat of arms.
Pours clear, golden yellow with a medium-sized, quite bubbly white head. Settles as thin patchy layer of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a sweet malty odor of pale malts, corn, grains and bread. Light streak of sour citrus.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively, tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and a little harsh. Finish is fairly dry.
A bit subdued - but with a decent bitter bite.

Pours a clear yellow with fine head.
Smell is clean, crisp and snappy with notes of crackers, citrus and some floral hints.
Taste is clean and crisp, fairly mild. Notes of white bread, citrus and some floral hints, with a clean, solid bitterness. Very thirst-quenching.
Mouthfeel is a little bit thin, well carbonated.
Overall, a really good pilsner, lacking a bit of creaminess in the body.

De Mikkeller. En copa aflautada de Hirsch. Jugando a Arsenal con Rodrigo. Pils muy herbal, con un toque vegetal que no termina de convencer del todo pero a pesar del cual resulta muy bebible, de trago largo
