S: very malty hinting at bread crust, toasted grain, and earthy hops
T: malt forward with notes of white bread crust, pale malt, honey, mild nuttiness, and modest earthy hops for a slight bitterness
F: light-to-medium body, moderate carbonation, balanced and clean finish
O: very enjoyable beer with plenty of malt character. Perfect for watching the races at the Sycamore Speedway!
