Deep, dark brown color with a small head and no lacing. Aroma is primarily cinnamon with little pumpkin, slight roasted coffee notes. Taste is toasted, malty cinnamon forward with some coffee flavor, not much pumpkin or nutmeg to speak of, but still good. The mouthfeel is medium carbonation with a tasty burnt aftertaste, slightly boozy.

Heavy cinnamon on the nose. Taste is a warm spiced porter with plenty of cinnamon and some cardamom. Like cinnamon toast from pumpernickel bread. Definitely a spiced sugar flavor.

This beer doesn't exude pumpkin, in fact, I'm not sure that I tasted any pumpkin. That said, it is delicious and perfect for warming up on a chilly fall night. One of the better "pumpkin porters" I've tried just based on the fact that it is enjoyable, not based on it's lack of pumpkin flavoring.
