On draft at The Big Hunt. It pours a slightly hazed golden color with a big full white head.
The nose is big fruit, really fresh and ripe citrus, grapefruit. I don't get a lot of malt or yeast content on the nose. The flavor is heavy fruit too. Pineapple, grapefruit, just a bit of bread dough. But this is definitely unique, closer to an IPA than a Belgian IPA. Wet juicy finish.
