This Hellesbock was brewed in collaboration with Black Restaurant Group, to achieve a beer suited for any seafood experience. BRG was our first customer. A strong pale lager was agreed on with low bitterness but firm hop aroma and flavor from late addition hops. Soft notes of strawberry and melon are derived from the German Huell Melon hops and are balanced by a soft minerality in this medium bodied pale lager.
Yeast: WLP 800 Pilsner yeast
Malt: Weyermann Pilsner, Munich, Caramunich, Carafoam, and Cargill Idapils
