Scored a can after the Bistro dipa fest in Feb 2022. Impressed. Just added the beer to the database, also gonna write a review so those w no real job skills don't have to get a real one. Yeah bouy.
Pours a hazy yellow/light orange/amber color. 2/3" white head. Not the sexiest look, but also, for style, probably slightly above average. The aroma of Sonoma Aroma was nice and proprietary, melons, oranges and weed. Citra and Strata doing the bulk of the work. Altus and Eureka? I dunno.
The taste continues to be nice. Goes beyond orange and weed, starts to push a light green/white grape aspect that is different than those similar notes in a Nelson hopped beer, like this is diesel free, and I don't mean WWE after Kevin Nash left. Questions persist if this has a bittering hop, or if its one of those unfamiliar ones like Altus. Shit that is going to be a car name isn't it? The Hyundai Altus. Powering your free trade dipshit near you. Pretty sawft all around including its ability to make 7.2% plenty easy to drink.
I was impressed by this brewery I've never heard of. Will definitely buy more of their stuff if given the chance.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
