Welcome to yet another installment of adding a beer to a less popular Next Glass database. But you know the familiar refrain, we're also going to do a review of this beer for the first time at said website. Respect Next Glass! That old gravel road was easy street.
Pours a hazy chicken noodle soup like appearance in color and consistency into an old school Green Flash pint glass. Konan microbrawler guarding during a March Madness round 2 game. 4/5" white head. Aroma ticks a light Nelson input, danky, down under, but lighter on the garlic and onion aromatics. Citra pumping tangerine seems to temper it a bit and then bittering Simcoe provides balance of a tree trunk.
Taste imparts that 33.3% equal input of the hops and it finds a nice level of bitterness the mouthfeel without compromising the Nelson dank or Citra fleshy citrus juiciness. One of their better beers I'd venture to say in my somewhat limited experience with this brewery. Hits that smoothness without losing its beercentric qualities.
