Sweet, tropical hoppy and lemony piney-dank nose on this one! Taste follows with a clean and light, malty vibe upfront...and then a nice-sized hoppy, piney-dank bitter bite on the finish. This lingers a bit and starts to dominate the backend of the swallow. This is clean, crisp, and a little dry on the palate. The centennial hops overshadowed the mosaic hops on this one IMO...which added a slightly overcooked bitterness that hinders you from enjoying the nuances of the hop profile through the swallow.
