Here goes the second attempt at writing a review of this beer. Its a Slice beer, so you know the score is going to be above my average. Wherever your hop loyalty lies, this brewery is part of the elite. Anyhoo, this is the first review of this beer on this Next Glass owned website. And that's like almost 2 years after drinking it.
The body of the brew hits like those orange julius references. Here its triple OJ, body color of that julius creation, but it sports a hearty 3/4" white head on it. Hazy body, sick mind, working overtime. The aroma pops hard on the citrus, seemingly obvious Citra hop choice here.
The taste is everything you would expect, massive Citra amounts, and a pretty solid amount of wheat/flaked oats counteracting a soft hop to begin with. The big time alcohol is tempered nicely as expected. Light citric warming combined with the alcohol quotient. Galaxy and Simcoe give it a firm enough bitterness to not get mired in the trappings of a hazy ipa. Constant orange, tangerine, pineapple and peach ring blasting throughout.
