Crystal-clear, light gold color; dense carbonation; thick, sudsy head, white and somewhat sticky with small patches of foam clinging to the glass. Outstanding fresh smell comprising floral and pine resin notes. Super clean taste; very mild malt base, light biscuit and cracker; fine blend of citrus and pine resin flavors; fairly heavy hop bitterness throughout. Medium body; moderately coarse feel on the palate; light underlying sweetness but comes across as primarily dry.
This is a phenomenal west coast styled double India pale ale delivering some wonderful crisp, fresh, and intense hop flavors atop a mild yet pleasing malt base.
