Introducing "Ultimate Trifecta" - the Double-Dry Hopped West Coast IPA that defies hop logic, transcending into a supernova of hop intensity! This beer is hopped up with so much Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, Citra, Citra Cryo, Simcoe, and Simcoe Cryo hops that drinking it is like ascending to the hop heavens, where every sip is a golden ticket to a dimension of hop-domination and flavor euphoria. Expect for this hopocalypse of flavor tri-fection to dominate your palate with a supernova of brightest lemon zest, brilliant pink grapefruit, and the ripest lychees.

Well Slice is one of my fave hoppy breweries and this is one of my favorite hoppy beers of theirs. Had it on tap and a 4 pack of cans.
Pours that crystal clear golden yellow the most familiar in the beerworld. Makes a decent 1/2" white head. Damn near perfection going on. The aroma really hits the zeitgeist for the Mosaic Citra combo, but it seems to also have those moreso newer school Simcoe hops that are getting a different wintergreen forest like impact than the older durrr cat piss all bitterness ones. It really compliments the super common Citra/Mosaic combo.
The taste gives the cleanest simple 2 row grain bill supporting an abundance of hopping rates for all three hops. Its bursting. For once, it feels like Citra is the lightest in proportion. Its got like that 40/40/20% vibe going for it. You want the usual citrus, tropical, berries, weed description, have at it. That's where I go when I drink. Somehow the mouthfeel is even better, if a more fitting so fresh and so clean is out there, holler if ya hear me. 141 2/3 chance this is better. Dry, crisp, clean, super desireable to pound more. One of the best cans of 2023.

Sweet tropical hoppy, orange-tangerine citrus, and a piney, Mosaic-dank nose on this one! Taste follows with a super-duper clean, piney-dank hoppy bitter finish. Did I say clean?! Wow! With a nice crisp/dry snappy finish...delicious!
