Its a familiar fact pattern for you issue spotters. You get a 4 pack of beer, you go to write a review of it a year later, and yet it still doesn't exist on this Next Glass owned database. So you help a guy out, no need to get a real job, you add the data. But a good soldier, he writes a review as well.

Pours a clear, impressive golden color. This is the west coast ipa appearance as opposed to the droids you were looking for. 1/2" white head. The aroma smacks of Simcoe the most. Interesting given the Nelson and Citra in there. You'd expect those before, but not here.

The taste is a nice adventure between the New Simcoe hop, with its greater icy forest effect. The Nelson gives a little dankness, but compared to most Nelson heavy hitters, this goes in a different direction. A lot of Citra seems to make a flabbier mouthfeel, but the Nelson/Simcoe combo prevents any such notion.

This was yet another exceptional beer out of Lincoln, CA. I wish they had more hotels, I would get smashed and stay the night.
