On tap at Slice Beer Co
A: Pours crystal clear golden yellow with a frothy off white layer that settles to a light layer and laces nicely.
S: Lively citrus, resinous pine, tropical and stone fruit, a bit grassy, biscuity malt, and a little caramel sweetness.
T: Zesty ripe citrus, tangerine, grapefruit, lemon, and lime, tropical and stone fruit, passion fruit, blueberry, pineapple, mango, apricot, peach, and guava, resinous pine, grassy faintly herbal notes, floral hints, biscuity malt, and a little caramel sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation.
O: Right in my wheelhouse. Proper Westy with a great hop combo and depth of flavor.
