A: Pours crystal clear golden yellow with a frothy off white head that settles to a light layer and leaves a little nice lacing.
S: Lively citrus, resinous pine, underlying tropical and stone fruit, a bit grassy, floral hints, biscuity malt, and just a touch of sweetness.
T: Resinous pine, zesty citrus, grapefruit, lemon, and a touch of tangerine, tropical and stone fruit slowly emerges, passion fruit, apricot, peach, pineapple, and mango, a bit grassy, biscuity slightly bready malt, and just a touch of sweetness with a fairly dry finish.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation, crisp.
O: Proper Westy. Crisp, flavorful, I'm all about it.
