Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours golden yellow with a frothy off white head that settles to a light layer and leaves a little nice lacing.
S: Spicy pine, slightly dank earthy herbal notes, citrus, a little underlying tropical and stone fruit, bready malt, and caramel sweetness.
T: Slightly dank earthy herbal notes, citrus, grapefruit, lemon, and orange, spicy resinous pine, underlying tropical and stone fruit, pineapple, passion fruit, guava, papaya, strawberry, and blueberry, bready malt, and caramel sweetness.
M: A little on the fuller side of medium body, moderate carbonation.
O: Kinda cool to see 2 new school hops come together to make a beer that gives classic old school style West Coast DIPA vibes, but with a little extra modern flair. Not to mention the wicked can art!
