Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours appropriately clear golden yellow with a frothy off white head that settles to a light layer and laces nicely.
S: Slightly dank grassy, herbal notes, resinous spicy pine, citrus zest, a little underlying tropical and stone fruit, plus some blueberries, biscuity malt, and a touch of caramel sweetness.
T: Spicy resinous pine, zesty citrus, grapefruit, lemon, lime, and a little tangerine, slightly dank grassy herbal notes, tropical and stone fruit, passion fruit, blueberry, pineapple, apricot, peach, guava, hints of Southern Hem diesel, biscuity malt, and a little caramel sweetness.
M: A touch on the fuller side of medium body, moderate carbonation, slightly oily.
O: I feel like the dank side of this one took a couple sips to come out, but there's no missing it once it shows up. It's a proper Westy with plenty of bitterness and some nice depth. I think if it sat just a little lighter it would reach the next tier.

Sweet tropical fruity hoppy, old-school hoppy, and a hint of a piney, Mosaic-dank nose on this one! Taste follows with a very clean, stonefruity, piney hoppy bitter finish. More pine on the palate than the nose thankfully. Good stuff!
