Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours crystal clear golden straw with a frothy off white head that settles to a light layer and leaves some spotty lacing.
S: Quick grassy herbal hit, followed by zesty citrus, tropical and stone fruit, resinous pine, floral hints, biscuity malt, and a little caramel sweetness.
T: Zesty citrus, tangerine, grapefruit, lime, and lemon, tropical and stone fruit, peach, mango, apricot, pineapple, passion fruit, and blueberry, resinous pine, grassy herbal notes, a touch floral, crackery biscuity malt, and a little caramel sweetness.
M: A bit in the lighter side of medium body, moderate carbonation.
O: Cards on the table, this is basically a pale ale in disguise. I think drying it out a bit more would keep me from questioning its Pilsner credit. Now that that's out of the way, it's pretty refreshing on a warm day and that hop combo gives it some nice depth.

Sweet bready-biscuity malty, a hint of stonefruit, a hint of Mosaic-dank, and a lemony-orange zesty nose on this one! Taste follows with a clean and crushable, biscuity malty, and a Mosaic hoppy bitter finish. This is delicious! And I like how it holds onto its pilsner base instead of drinking like a Cold IPA. It could finish a little crispier, but nitpicking here.
