Yeah bouy, had fun almost two years ago getting this beer. And now here I am, adding this beer to this Next Glass owned database. Lots of traffic on their other site about this beer. Respect Next Glass! Heck, I'll even write a review.
Pours a beautiful golden color with ample clarity of the most professional brewer dimensions. Sometimes the answer is blowin' in the wind. This one was dumped into an Arcadia ipa pint glass. 3/4" white head. Aroma hits of Nelson and Mosaic, so diesel, white grape, blueberry, tons of weed.
The taste and mouthfeel are so brisk with bitterness hits that I would swear there was Simcoe in here. But no. Nelson therefore comes off not quite as danky but not in a loss way. Just different. I really dig that brisk dry back end though. Difficult to do without a true bittering hop. Usual miniscule malt bill, don't bring that balance nonsense up in here (up in here). I remember the last beer of the 4 pack was still really good over 100 days later. Longevity baby. You dig it the most.
