This golden German-Style Pilsner uses a canvas of 100% Heidelberg pilsner malt giving it a soft breadiness. Hallertau Hersbrucker hops deliver a snappy and firm bitterness. Daily Pils was fermented using our favorite house lager yeast strain and conditioned cold several weeks before packaging.

A rare review of a pilsner from Slice. Just added the beer to this Next Glass owned database. This hero will also provide you with content in the form of a review for said beer.
Beautiful feint yellow corn like color even though its all pilsner malt. Perfection in terms of clarity. The aroma is like, all grain. So much so, that when adding the beer to this Next Glass owned database, I questioned whether German Pilsner was even the appropriate category, but then again, its the only pilsner category, so whatchugonnadowhen pilsner mania runs wild on you?
The taste drops a hint of the Saaz/like hops, lemongrass meets pilsner malt, the system works. Given the commercial tug job on this one, I found more in common with the soft breadiness than the crispness in the mouthfeel. It delivers as a good result in an easy going beer style. I wouldn't say their lager game is on par with their hoppy ales, butvery few rock both ends in such a way. Nonetheless, a solid offering all the way around.
