Cue the pyrotechnics as "Tropic Thunderstrike" delivers a fruit-forward explosion worthy of the big screen. This Fruited Sour drops in like a flavor airstrike, loaded with mango, pineapple, and dragonfruit purees that explode across your palate in glorious technicolor. Bright, juicy, and refreshingly tart, it’s a tropical fruit frenzy disguised as a beer. One sip and you’ll know: this isn’t a simple cameo, it’s the starring role. So grab a can, crack it open, and remember: in the jungle of thirst, you either bring the thunder… or you get left behind.

Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours slightly hazy vibrant orange-ish pink like watermelon juice with a frothy pale pink head that settles to a thin layer and leaves a little nice lacing.
S: Quick hit of yeasty funk, pleasant mild lactic tartness, tropical fruit and a hint of citrus, rounded out with a bit of crackery biscuity malt.
T: Pleasant lactic tart, tropical fruit, pineapple, mango, and dragon fruit all show up, plus hints of nectarine, apricot, tangerine, kiwi, and watermelon, crackery biscuity malt, and just a touch of yeasty funk.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation, nice acidic zing.
O: Solid tropical kettle sour, but dare I say it feels like it's missing something help really make it pop, like a hit of citrus or coconut, maybe even a cool dry hop. I'd still happily have another thought.
